Legal Agreement

AutoPulse is an online classifieds and marketplace platform that allows users to post, browse, buy, sell, rent, and promote products and services. We are not a direct buyer, seller, agent, broker, or owner of listed items unless explicitly stated.

By using the platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or using the platform under parental/legal guardian supervision.
• The information you provide is accurate and up to date.
• You are legally allowed to enter agreements under applicable laws.

Users may be required to register an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

Users are responsible for all content they publish on the platform, including: titles, descriptions, images, prices, and contact information. Users must ensure that:

• Listings are accurate, truthful, and representative of the actual item.
• Uploaded images belong to the user or are used with permission.
• Listings do not violate applicable local laws or third-party rights.

Users are strictly prohibited from posting:

For vehicle advertisements:

• The main displayed price must represent the actual selling price of the vehicle.
• Leasing installment amounts, monthly payments, or down payments must not be used as the primary listing price.

Advertisements that misuse pricing may receive warnings, be removed, or result in temporary/permanent restrictions.

Users are prohibited from posting identical or substantially similar advertisements repeatedly within a short period. Duplicate listings may be:

AutoPulse reserves the right to edit advertisement titles for formatting/moderation, remove or reject content, limit visibility, suspend accounts, and block phone numbers or devices associated with abuse. Moderation decisions may be made automatically or manually.

Users are solely responsible for transactions conducted through the platform, verifying buyers/sellers, inspecting products, and negotiating payments. We do not guarantee listing accuracy, product quality, or user verification status.

Users guarantee that they own or have permission to use all uploaded content. By posting, users grant AutoPulse a non-exclusive right to display, store, reproduce, and promote content for operations and marketing.

We reserve the right to investigate reported activity and cooperate with law enforcement authorities by sharing necessary telemetry (IP addresses, account history, etc.) where legally required.

AutoPulse is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for user content, financial losses, fraudulent activity, or service interruptions. Users use the platform entirely at their own risk.
